The City of Mesa/Falcon Field Airport owns approximately 24 acres of on-airport land that is currently available for lease by aviation/aerospace businesses that require runway/taxiway access. (Some available land is pending taxiway construction.) Parcels may be combined, or smaller portions of some parcels may be leased, based on tenant requirements. The airport is home to more than 130 businesses, 1,100 jobs and 800 based aircraft.
In addition to on-airport opportunities, approximately 63 acres of City-owned land known as the Falcon Tech Center is available for off-airport/non-aviation-related activities acting as a strategic location for technology companies. The Falcon Tech Center is located on Greenfield Road adjacent to Falcon Field Airport, The Boeing Company, MD Helicopters, and Amazon.
