Hangar & Tie-Down Rentals

Falcon Field Airport offers 423 general aviation hangars, 115 covered tie-downs, and 323 open tie-downs for owners of general aviation aircraft. Separate storage rooms are also available for rent for aviation equipment in some hangar facilities.

Please note: Falcon Field Airport hangars are not offered for the storage of automobiles, tractor/trailers, recreational vehicles, or any other non-aviation use.

At this time, the airport maintains a waiting list for all aircraft storage facilities. Wait times vary depending on the level of demand for each type of facility. All spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis. For more information, call 480-644-2450 or email airport.info@mesaaz.gov.

Payment Methods

Credit & debit payments to City of Mesa-Falcon Field Airport are charged a 2.37% service fee in addition to the bill amount. This fee ensures that the cost of using credit and debit cards is assumed by those customers who choose to use this method of payment rather than impacting the City's overall budget. This is a practice used by many municipalities and businesses throughout the country.

American Express credit cards are no longer accepted for bill payments. Other payment options include checks, electronic checks (through your financial institution), or cash. Payments can be made online, through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, with an agent over the phone, or in person at the Falcon Field Airport administration office, 4800 E. Falcon Drive. Customers who pay by cash, check, or electronic check will not be assessed the service fee.

The agreement documents in the links below are provided for informational purposes only. Before completing or submitting an agreement, please contact the Airport Administration Office at 480-644-2450 or airport.info@mesaaz.gov. You will first be asked to complete and submit the Customer Information Form so a customer account can be created for you. Please email your completed, signed form to airport.info@mesaaz.gov. Once your customer account has been created, Airport staff will contact you to arrange for payment of the application fee and deposit. Once these fees have been paid, you will be placed on the desired waiting list. When a facility becomes available, you will be contacted. The agreement will be completed and submitted at that time.
