Airport tenants and sub-tenants are allowed to hold private events in their facilities or hangars at Falcon Field Airport subject to approval by the Airport Director or designee.

The Event Planning Form is designed to help provide all pertinent information about a proposed event. The form may be completed and submitted below, or use the link above to download a fillable PDF version and submit it by email. Please submit the form 14 days prior to the proposed date of the event.

If the proposed event is to be held in an aircraft hangar, a separate Airport Management Plan form and an event layout diagram also are required 14 days in advance. Following review of the application, a representative from the airport will be in contact to discuss arrangements in further detail and schedule a meeting if necessary.

In addition to the information provided on this form, some special events require a City of Mesa Special Event License. Please contact the Special Events Office at 480-644-3500 or email specialevents@mesaaz.gov for more information.

If a planned event includes use of Falcon Field Park, a ramada reservation may be required. For more information contact the Parks, Recreation & Community Facilities Department at 480-644-7529 or parksresreg@mesaaz.gov.
