Holding Events in Hangars

If you are a Falcon Field ground lease holder or business planning to host an event in your hangar or facility, airport staff can assist with the simple approval process. Please provide at least two weeks’ notice so a fire inspection can be scheduled; note that events are not permitted in City-owned T-hangars.

Changes to Airport Diagram Effective January 22, 2026

The (FAA) Aeronautical Information Services will soon publish an updated Airport Diagram for Falcon Field Airport (FFZ). As part of this update, the airport would like to highlight the addition of new taxi lane names X1 through X8 located between entirely in the non-movement area. The new taxi lane names X1–X8 will become effective January 22,2026. Please review the attached exhibit showing the new pavement labels in orange.  These will be used in issuing NOTAMs and referenced by the airport in future communications.
